Quick and cost-effective outcomes.

We believe in the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (‘ADR’) and often act for clients in mediations and as mediator.

We have very recently succeeded in obtaining for a corporate client a Mareva injunction freezing the houses and bank account of its former director in a claim for breach of director’s duties and secret profit.

At the same time our lawyers always seek to achieve quick and cost-effective outcomes for clients. Protracted litigation is not favoured and tolerated only when it is beneficial to our clients. If it is possible to conclude a litigation with the use of appropriate interlocutory procedures, we are always ready to use these procedures to secure a swift end to the litigation.

Our lawyers will manage matters and guide a client through the less than pleasant course of litigation with the aim of delivering an end result that is in the best interest of the client.

For criminal matters, HMK&C's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practitioners have the experience to make sure that a client’s case is attended to expeditiously and the most appropriate course taken to achieve the best outcome possible for a client.
